Is a proven water or oil based Elastomeric roof coating system designed to restore old leaky roofs into energy efficient, water tight roofs.  Can be installed over-Built up, single ply membrane, EPDM, concrete, and Metal.

Installation Process:

1. Surface preparation (remove debris /power wash surface)
2. Correct any major surface repairs (if nessacarry)
3. Prime surface
4. Make any flashing alterations
5. Seal all seams, penatrations, and exposed fastners
6. Install Base Coat
7. Install Finish Coat
